Ich mag dieses Keine-Wahl-Haben nicht. Wir haben immer eine Wahl zwischen so oder so oder so oder.... Ja, manchmal wähle ich auch das erstmal Unbequeme, aus welchen Gründen auch immer. Aber dann geht es weiter und ich kann immer wieder neue Entscheidungen treffen. Manches braucht auch Zeit.
Was mir auf den Senkel geht ist das kollektive Herumgejammer. Wenn mir etwas stinkt, dann verändere ich es. Optimalerweise in etwas Besseres.

Ich bin unbequem. Ja.
Aber auch unglaublich ehrlich und ich habe ein riesengroßes Herz für diesen Planeten und seine Bewohner.
Mir tut es weh zu sehen, wieviel Leid da ist, auch wegen der völlig schrägen Programmierungen und ungeheilten Traumata vergangener Zeiten und sogar der Vorfahren.
Es ist Zeit, dass wir da endlich aussteigen und eine heilsamere Lebensform finden.

Ich verstehe deine Einwände, aber es ist höchste Zeit, daß wir aus diesem Opferdenken rauskommen und glauben, wir müssen alles ertragen, weil es nicht anders ginge.
Veränderungen können auch im Kleinen anfangen und Schritt für Schritt kann sich fast alles zum Besseren wenden.
Das Ich-kann-nix-ändern-Mantra erstickt halt jede sinnvolle Veränderung im Keim.

Eben hat sich ein Obdachloser mit Hund etwas abseits vom Rewe hingesetzt. Er hatte nur noch ne 1/4 lL Wasser Flasche und keinen Napf. Hat der armen Maus sein letztes Wasser mit der Hand gegeben.
Hab ihm gesagt, bringe Wasser.
Letztendlich: 3 L Wasser, Plastikparty Schüsselchen und 2 Packungen Nassfutter. Bon hat er auch bekommen.
Ich mache hiermit einen allgemeinen Aufruf! Das Wetter ist zu warm!

i'm in the countryside and there are mice everywhere.. a fight i can't win :D
it's like as soon as i take seedlings outside, someone will eat it. mice, slugs, rabbits, deer. it's a bit tiresome :)
@McMongoose well, i think goat and sheeps milk are almost lactose free. wo ein wille ist ist ein weg! :P
a while back someone on here wrote that if you feel you want an energy drink to just drink a glass of milk for the same effect, just healthier. i can report back it works very well. milk stays winning!

@kekkerel here it's rather dry so far with the occasional thunderstorm every other week which always bring heavy rain.
after "problems" with slugs last year i just planted the tomatoes in pods and placed those raised onto an old palette on a paved spot. used a few wood scraps and foil to build a little roof to protect them from said thunderstorms. worked pretty well so far to keep the slugs at bay.
now that i don't have a slug problem anymore, i have a mice problem xD
those mice are pretty quick, i don't think i'll hit them with my pellet gun ;)
i want to do more permaculture stuff anyway, but tomatoes are just too easy to grow. if only they stay on long enough without getting eaten :D

@kekkerel oh well, i still have some beetroot seeds and some salads which i can last minute seed now.
a positive note, the fava beans worked pretty well and the remainders are excellent fertilizer.
