thing with cognitive behavioral therapy is that they don't stir around in your psyche. you don't need much trust for it. it's been the classic "clean your room bucko" level for me. not much trust required for that. just don't follow shit blindly.

if you have a gymbro or whoever which does pull you out of shit that's great, but i didn't. i did really have no one able to do it. my family is absolutely retarded wrt mental health. a bunch of somehow functioning alcoholics or similar shit or also depressed as fuck. my then friends were going full retard with covid panic and vaxxmaxxing.
