@11112011 Seems like fun work in terms of the stuff they're doing but that company is not going to be around in a year. "The ability to work across the stack" means they're gonna hire a frontend dev that sorta knows how to do backend shit, and their backend is JavaScript. Guaranteed VC hellhole.

Even under conditions of government-sponsored censorship at the cost of billions of dollars, my side is still winning the war of ideas online. Woke crap only becomes dominant in an intellectual environment of absolute repression like a university (where you mouth the words of your professor or you get an F).

ist mir ehrlichgesagt egal. ich hatte bis auf ein altes damenrad was mir geklaut wurde noch keine probleme mit kriminellen. abgesehen davon finden kriminelle im zweifelsfall auch genügend andere wege zu kommunizieren.
wenn der staat noch mehr in richtung diktatur abdriftet - die frage ist "wann", nicht "ob" - ist jeder datenpunkt der existiert einer zu viel. ich fand die letzten jahre in dieser hinsicht sehr augenöffnend.
