I feel bad for maintainers of #log4j now that their hard volunteer work is widely ridiculed for serious #security flaws that were found.

This while every corporate club and your grandma used it in their million $$ projects without anyone thinking of doing a security scan or otherwise contributing to the project with time or funds.

A lessons-learned for the corporates:

"Nurture before you milk!"

An interesting article focusing on using python and GNU Radio to decode a recording in which Voyager 1 transmissions are included. A great look into modulation techniques and data transmission protocols. It still amazes me that we can receive data from the Voyagers after travelling so far. This is why I ended up studying electronic communications.
