I am told that Mastodon is too "complicated", and "regular people" need something "simple" like Twitter.
I find this an extremely bizarre objection.
I mean, I genuinely find the Twitter interface LESS intuitive. WTF are they talking about?
Federation itself does add a tiny bit of complexity, and that's unavoidable. But are you really going to say "I need to be confined to a single corporate entity, because I can't handle being free -- because, decisions?"
I mean, that's just so sad.
