@dankennedy_nu The thing that really gets me is the lies.

Every person at NYT knows Rufo is lying. He does not care about liberal education.
He admits lying. He does more than admit it, he brags about it.

Why publish lies? Why give him space to lie? Joe Kahn, you're embarassing yourself. This is what our elites produce? You'll defend this?

'On July 7, a Tulsa County district judge dismissed a recent lawsuit brought by three living survivors of the 1921 attack: Viola Fletcher, 109; Lessie Benningfield Randle, 108; and Hughes Van Ellis, 102. Their attorneys argued that the City of Tulsa and other government entities were directly involved in the decimation of Greenwood. Police officers deputized members of the white mob, witnesses reported seeing officers taking part in the destruction, and Tulsa’s mayor at the time, T.D. Evans, wrongly blamed a “negro uprising” for the destruction.'

The world has a billionaire problem, and we're doing our part to fix it.

In this post, @DTCochrane and I shed light on the corporate power networks owned by Canada's billionaire families.

It's shocking how much these barons own.

@rolfvanroot if #mastodon is one of the original software to use the #activitypub and federate the network, #firefish is a fork of #Misskey with shiny features absent from #mastodon such as native full-text search and other nice goodies! It's native web app is amazing both on Desktop & mobile !

🥥 I'm not ashamed at all to admit that I'm a #Firefish -- formerly #Calckey -- stan.
Hearing about what's going on there reminds me of walking past the Art Department when I was in school. I was always deeply moved -- blown away, actually -- by the creativity I'd be privileged to see there.
So now that I've buttered you up, can you kindly use your #MarkupMarkdown or whatever to create a #SarcasmFont to help disambiguate some of the confusion created by us snarkmeisters?
K?
TKS! 🥥

Black people from NYC have been trying to tell the world about Giuliani (and to a lesser extent Trump) for more than 30 years.

I'm happy Giuliani may face consequences for telling bald face, dangerous lies about Ruby Freeman & Shaye Moss, two perfectly ordinary, black ladies who wanted to help their community by being poll workers. They aren't just innocent, they are the kind of people any community is blessed to have.

And Giuliani knew this. Those accusations were pure malice and evil.

The New York Times didn't publish Christopher Rufo *despite* his lies, it published him *because of* his lies.

THE BIGGEST CRIMINAL IN HISTORY

Trump's trying to destroy video evidence would bolster the entire classified documents case.

Shows consciousness of guilt for all the charged crimes under Espionage Act, and as principal in conspiracy.

The most fun part is of course the few actual magic incantations that they actually show. :)

But it also leads one to think about all of the interesting places in prompt-space that are normally not investigated at all. Who knows what-all is in there!

I just finished The Grapes of Wrath by John Steinbeck.

A haunting, evocative portrait of the 1920s dustbowl and its impact on a family of good people. A manifesto of the effects of capitalism on the hearts and souls of a nation. A masterpiece of prose and perhaps the quintessential American novel.
Steinbeck's writing is heartbreakingly beautiful as he paints the landscapes and people of 1920s America.
