Consent-O-Matic is a browser extension that auto-responds to all the #GDPR and similar consent popups with optimal user preferences.

Unlike the extension "I don't care about cookies" which just accepts all cookies, Consent-O-Matic clicks the prompts on your behalf to reject most of the cookies. You can also choose what to accept/reject in the preferences.

Available for Firefox, Chrome and others.

I've been using this on Firefox for quite sometime now and it works great!

So, I just got the dreaded email from Amazon claiming my books and author name violate someone's trademark or title protection. 😳

The issue seems to be that we share the same name. I can't help that. I write under my legal name, but use my first & last initials. I also have legal US copyrights for all my published books. I replied to the notice explaining this.

Anyone dealt with this? Advice? Anyone have a phone number for Amazon? Thanks!

My heart goes out to the researcher who painted ALL of these jumper ants, each with her own color pattern... so they could tell them apart.

Here they are doing a kind of ritual fight for dominance. These rather large ants are one of the few who have a way for their queen to get replaced.

The AI Art Bot Midjourney has historically had a really hard time rendering hands and fingers for an "American Sign Language" prompt.

In V5, Midjourney appears to have better cracked the nut (knuckles?) of the ASL HandShapes along with the appropriate count of fingers!

This is a spectacular, "YAY!" moment in AI history!

Everyone is freaking out over ChatGPT because if you ask it “are you a real boy?” it will answer “I am a real boy” and meanwhile YouTube’s AI algorithm has been recommending us Nazi propaganda for years and no one worries that YouTube is a real boy.

@algorithms I've been working on https://fediview.com for the past few months based on some initial algorithm code from @MattHodges.

However, I'm just a webdev and not a data scientist. 😀 Please message me if you would like to collaborate on different algorithmic approaches to the fediverse!

All of the code would be MIT-licensed Python.
