Which sex is more sensitive against heat stress? Probably it is male, and probably that is true. But, quite likely it is only half of the whole story.
We tested the impact of heat on the fertility of hermaphroditic snails. Since they are male and female at the same time, we can compare the effects of heat on both sex functions in same snails. We found both sexes are affected, and more severe in male function.
'Here, we present T-FINDER [T cell Functional Identification and (Neo)-antigen Discovery of Epitopes and Receptors], a system to rapidly deconvolute CD4 and CD8 TCRs and targets physiologically processed and presented by an individual’s unmanipulated, complete human leukocyte antigen (HLA) haplotype'

"The findings suggest that the United States has averted a dire outcome — stagnating at pandemic lows — but that many students are not on pace to catch up before the expiration of a $122 billion federal aid package in September. That money — the single largest federal investment in public education in the country’s history — has paid for extra help, like tutoring and summer school, at schools nationwide."

'What likely set off the transformation is a small, hot-pink sign recently put up in the entryway of the bar. “I’m not ‘the Chinese on the corner’,” it reads in bold white lettering. “You can call me Cai Qin or Jessi. Or a bar, restaurant, cafe or pub.”
