I'm very good at what I do caring for others, motivating them, helping them feeling good about who they are and finding what they have that stand them apart.
But what i'm *not* good at, is to keep focused and on task if my whole body is not used at all.

@globcoco @design_RG It is much harder when you have a longer work history, hence for most jobs you only need go back a few years, it is only education jobs that want a full work / activity history.
Hence a possible blog in which you go in great length about your history.
@globcoco @design_RG Well yeah, but in either case concentrate on what you are doing now, not what you did 10 / 20 + years ago. Unless it is some how relevant.
They want a full history so everything is accounted for, it is for safeguarding reasons or something, or just an excuse to trip people up or discriminate.
I got put off applying for a job at local college, on their electronic web based application form they wanted dd/mm/yyyy I don't have that level of detail for every single job, in some cases it doesn't allow for the odd days work that is relevant to part of the work / activity history so didn't bother, their loss, it is like asking for salary history, why, salaries 10 years ago a vastly different to now.
HR drones need to get out in the real world more often (no offence)
So true.
I've never really fit in a box but...
What I found here is that they try to box you in.
Of course if you're younger some can use that to lower their wage...
It is not to say that all interviews are crap.
I had the best one last week and even though I didn't get the job the RH was one of the most open friendly and clear headed person.
Really enjoyed the meeting.

You know how much more a CR/LF adds ? One Byte, compared to what you had (a CR without a LF).
But I can understand, the 500 chars limit is cruel and does that to people. 😋
