Oh you didnt mean me putting up with racism towards me. You mean more generally racism in my country.

Yes we got more than enough racism, trust me I dont doubt you and plenty of people expirnece it, including from ChatGPT. I was just confused how ChatGPT could even know your race. You pointed out your last name and now it makes sense.

@bonifartius

Ahh yes, crude and mineral are different in english. Mineral oil is similar to crude in thickness, but it is purified, so it is clear, and has all the lower fractional volatile stuff removed as well. Its usually used as a laxative, topically, or even a lubricant. It has no nutritional value though.

@realcaseyrollins

Honestly some politicians on the level of a saltine running the show sounds like something I'd vote for right about now given my current options :)

@Grandtheftautism @LouisIngenthron @robryk

@realcaseyrollins

Its ok as long as the law is "trump being a jerk should wind him up in jail"... the second it becoems "anyone who is a jerk should go to jail" .. which would have to include people who are jerks towards Trump and his supports... all of a sudden that proposal sounds a lot less appealing :)

@jenny_wu @LouisIngenthron @robryk

@bonifartius

All mineral oil is distilled, some (I dont know) may go through extra levels of cleaning. I do know that some is meant for human consumption, which should be fairly pure. What I dont know is how much cleaning the stuff for human consumption goes through compared to the normal distillate.

But yea all mineral oil is a fractional distillate from the same process that produces gasoline (just a higher temperature fraction than gas)

@black6_

@bonifartius

mineral oils is a distillate process. While I am sure it needs some additional cleaning for the stuff that is fit for humans, it shouldnt have any sort of heavy metals in it. Mercury is the only heavy metal that distills at any reasonable temperature but if that was present it would wind upin a different fraction than the mineral oil.

But yea, regardless im sure there is some additional cleaning and/or processing for the mineral oil intended to be used for humans.

@Grandtheftautism

True, or republicans for that matter. The only politician we would have left would be berny with nothing to stop him from collecting all the treasuries money and burning it.

@jackyan

> Guess you didnʼt have to put up with this racist stuff in your country!

Why would you think a native american in the USA wouldn't have to deal with it? Probably one of the races that has experienced the most racism considering virtually all my people are murdered at this point and we have handfuls left...

So the answer to my question was "It doesnt know who i am but it does know im not of eurpean descent from my last name and from that can infer racist things"... thats a perfectly fine answer, thank you for explaining your view.

@realcaseyrollins

Well more to the point, in order to use the insurrection caluse he would have to actually be found guilty in a court of law, a **federal** court of law, and possibly need to be impeached by congress itself. But regardless someone at a federal level would have to make that ruling.

That said, the 14th amendment specifically says "incite". So assuming they can prove he incited it then they could have a case. But they do have to prove it.

@jenny_wu @LouisIngenthron @robryk

@jenny_wu

Well I think that would come down to intent. If you are negligent but otherwise didnt intend to be, then yea I'd expect youd loose your license.

But as I said if you **intentionally** throw the case and loose because you wanted your client to loose for some reason that benefits you, then I'd be willing to bet youd go to jail.

As they say, intent is 9/10ths of the law.

@LouisIngenthron @realcaseyrollins @robryk

@LouisIngenthron

I mean it would be hard to prove. But if you could somehow prove it I am willing to bet it would be criminal. Just speculating though.

@realcaseyrollins @jenny_wu @robryk

@LouisIngenthron

Yea the ineffectivbe lawyer would not go to jail... maybe you could sue him, but thats civil.

Only way I could see a lawyer going to jail is if they **intentionally** under-performed in order to see their client loose. Im not sure that has ever happened though.

@realcaseyrollins @jenny_wu @robryk

@LouisIngenthron

Yea its possible, and you may win, but its not very easy from what I hear. And yea, it would be an appeal.

@realcaseyrollins @jenny_wu @robryk

@jenny_wu

Not sure I follow. How much his wife and associates "bear" of his senility doesnt change how senile he is.

@realcaseyrollins @LouisIngenthron @robryk

@realcaseyrollins

I mean to be fair, Trump is a raging moron, but doesnt show signs of senility. On the other hand pretty much everyone, even those who hate Trump like me, can easily see Biden is senile and getting worse by the day.
