I help people create audio / edit educational audio / podcast / music / visual short videos / transcript text
+ I like to add a bit humour while being quite strict in my own politics (opinions) but open / inviting for others to tell me what I should do if they can explain more than just a short comment (I don't mind it's healthy for me at least if you have logic and can stand yourself explaining).
FreeSchool is about Learning towards Freedom (which is about Uniting everyone slowly, even "1 by 1"... Easy with The Fediverse!
Not virtue signalling here only, but practise of EVERYTHING as we go. Judged by getting in contact (many have) and having courage to communicate (or seeking it from others is ok, EVERYONE needs a bit of courage or hand-holding to make big personal changes). Who else is there for example if family doesn't understand?
Learning and watching can be good and staying out of people's way, BUT better is doing something every day and helping each other with some tough decisions / lessons... and then being bold enough to do them. 1... 2... 3 that is all that's needed.

Naturally you will hesitate if someone is sure of themself or ok standing on shoulders what we copy do the best from humbly but not too sterile either.

Even a bad answer you can take best from (of course I won't know all your situation when I suggest something but I don't need to answer 100% - you also need to help me!).

Not much to divide since people already find it hard enough to reply even to each other online or do anything together, even for easy things... or something happens and it's not clear and the person doesn't even want to clear it or talk about it (hmm).

So I'll do this in the coming week as pyramid... I read something about adding a chemical which helps like much more (first pdf on this page https://www.gardenfundamentals.com/seed-germination-dr-deno/) but I'm not sure I'd have that chemical anyway bit seem like much more consistent in their lab tests / proper testing).
So with pyramid yes fertile soil and I'll kind make it evenly spread and tiered like sweets in a cake

I had them out in sun for a bit hmm might now have been best
I was thinking to put them all kinda in a pyramid considering I don't want them here locally but to give them to others (so a bit of a twist there to plays)
But I could plant few and do both ways
just to keep it centralised an know where seeds are I was thinking this:

and then I can dig them more safely from bottom and replant in pots and bring inside (but might take years to hatch no? So need a place for long term which a pile could serve)
I know this is all highly unorthodox but find a path if you can in all that...

Hey wishing you good things- and think for others it's actually good practice for things to have their cycle up and the down (to practice it and not hide the what Tech or STEM seems to represents as inhumanly infinite or without time / caring cost or indeed caring for people systematically... of course we like to do things but many of life's reasons can come to any of us.

And if I may about the future:

As I don't forget and see this as a worldwide problem (seriously you're probably taking it personally but we have to solve this as always it comes to this).
This is exactly LIKE BigTech corporations etc so while I'm not accusing you of being bigtech the habits are very similar IN people who suddenly for unknown reasons (mostly emotional than logic or being clear) can't take a bit of simple asking or continuing what good we left off from! So in good or bad why this or that person stopped is important (even if you don't want to reply, just finish it off nicer than be silent as that won't work with me)
To be clear:
- the avoidance
- lack of clarity
- lack of feeling
- selective answering
...is basically bad practice in many ways. UNACCEPTABLE AS A MASS. So that's why I don't forget,
You have something good but can't interface - not sure why...why is that? (even if you don't want to share the good stuff about your own work you're promoting lol {shake head in amazement} !

By planting I guess it's allowing things to keep / spread itself / stay alive... can't do much about the companies as 1-shot kill apart from wait them out or just use home grown and hope they die off from not being profitable (I know they would make some laws against anything in their interest / partner up but hey ideas welcome )...

Question is making these babies grow (even on hit and miss basis...)
Any help appreciated before I kinda DIY it outside (not much space inside really! I know the cold is needed to stratify / help germinate seed (cold helps start the process) but who know how deep etc

GROWING COMMUNITY - A COOP OR WHAT?

(in random order from skimming other sites and deciding Y/N/Maybe myself and jotting below):
1- Not pay any salaries or have anyone officially accountable externally, No investors, any profit is returned somehow
= we might accept any business (a money maker for government as main definition) is making for too many problems AND we might accept people working a job is need by some of us either way. People *have to do* that anyway (can't make a living from this even if we tried) and to keep it ALL voluntary / externally less named as people / payments IF anything... (see point 2)
2- Cost server upkeep and various costs also could be shared / mutual (even replicate tomorrow if someone gets made) so it's not doing business but more making friends / doing stuff that lasts on it's own (and even then accepting downtime (and doing things individual makes it resilient) even pause uptime (people have babies etc) until someone really can pay or actually *wants* to pay / philanthropy style etc). No use forcing it / having bad exchanges.
We do in spare time basically and follow a decent leader or two marked by belief in people and their skills (BOTH NOT NEEDED - can inspire people totally without climbing the whole mountain as some are literally better than the coach or trainer which is ok especially in programming or organization!).
3- Payments / donations outside of traditional Banksta's

- Comradery uses STRIPE for example (mostly US as payment for all cards BUT problematic for international fees etc but yeah could be Monero *for those who wish* as a "shot to nothing" spend / receiving and just gesture without banks)

I think I might prefer open debate with reasoning IF 'rulers' can constantly enjoy that even as a way of 'upgrading' peoples mind rather than steering finances or a business... at the end more of the population should enjoy the giving AND taking AND *mindwork* involved. See next point .

(Practical tips)
Wanted to say following is not what it seems (both as a number or practical thing for me or others who use it in a different ways like)
DETAILS:
For me it is an initial process of interest where I click notifications (the bell) then realise more about you (if you might not say much from yourself and repeat other people). This is the main conditions to 'keeping track' of what you said and then I turn off *notifications* if not <--- this is a lot more direct initially AND understands your thread of thinking... If you're posts random posts and not well-thought / towards anything specific, then IT'S A LOT MORE OBVIOUS AND FASTER THIS WAY.
So rather than maybe seeing a post or two between 1000's of other posts (literally 10's daily / 100) I think it's better to see it in a chain via notifications from you (so that's my main advice here when you follow others to turn notifications on - see here for how to do that https://qoto.org/@freeschool/109031885713138221)
If profiles are not really paying much attention much or just reactionary you're dropped from this focus (even though you're followed but put just on a non-looked list).
I hope people can see the follower number can be quite useless in this way and just a momentary sentiment usually lost / forgotten until it comes up more by chance with someone else (but then lost forgotten again) unless you're really on top of things / checking in the way, making contact or making time for things (which are likely always backlogged if not done near immediately which is what I do)
Some has to be more than the diluted 'follow' and something more than hardly in focus random if you're serious about anything- which usually isn't clear
