Loyalties lead to war.
It's not the only thing but usually connected to conditional existence or hidden / unsaid expectations.
Life is full of fake loyalties and people that shy away from battles (individually, in a their own social group, or externally tested from opposition or mutually curious people)

Loyalty to yourself can exist while looking after others though under duress gets played against each other...

My ideal when under stresses to allow the right things to come through not matter from which side or who says it or from unsaid scores or opinions which all come out at the wrong time.

You might not want that for other or yourself.

I have to accept defeat that in a some cases of communication 'efficiency'. So doing and saying less works but for me it's more the practical sense usually not the feelings.
Doing less damage from practical work I can understand, measure twice and then cut etc....
But doing less communication also is not taking care usually.. eventually things comes around or happen again so better improve at least slowly and with focus / care instead of almost ignoring and passing awkward situations again or waiting for someone to make an error AND THEN TELL THEM ANGRILY!! <--- LOL U

SO for the human situations (i,e, understandings) almost everybody has to hold up the cost of communication (even the EXTRA SHIT) in order for humanity to slowly evolve which is a type of incrementing efficiency itself without you measuring that scope (you probably only measure or care about what you see <--- or many people do).

So you see it's not efficient to constantly do short SMS etc

An example / Analogy (and fun truth perhaps!)

10 emotional SMS vs. 1 hours personal chat to solve things or feel more progress / care attention than juggling sms in between other things

The scientific form of efficiency doesn't work with emotional plane or realm of human feeling.

Don't ask your girlfriend/wife if I'm right about your efficiency and logic - just send here an SMS instead lol

And then break up wondering why! :)

End of fun analogy - a lot of people going to learn this one way or the other - read again if not sure

Not just complaints - but getting some clarity also.

If I tell you I don't add salt to my food, don't take it to mean I won't take salt ever

If I say I like a leaders balls for doing the evil he/she did as an example of 'there is much more possible than you think from 1 person', then don't take it like I like I'm a fan or love anything more than that

If I write something here as an example, don't always take it like it's more than just an example!

Working backwards to help complete your life or think about jumping out of pointless loops...

So the main word here is backwards, like looking from the other side of a pipe to get another perspective.
The perspective from the end of your life! So working backwards you can imagine a bit more what is possible (what you see in your own reality is not only what is possible!)... then you can say and almost create your reality NOW rather than patching together reality without a longer chain of main requirements / milestones.

This might sound borderline bullshit (honk your horn!) but it's to say life isn't just the short loops people would like your to stay in or only what you see.... YOU also can create it and draw a better road map.

Not just what you think is the next step... but what is at the end game (and think about that in reverse order also)...
This tunnel of work and then changing probably or 1 type of work forever?
Do you want to choose that tunnel or another one?

Similar also to looking back if you were already old or thinking about how you would in theory explain your story to children about spent your time... I want to do this and to do that I would need to do this, but before that this and this... which probably needs this... and at the end you have a road map (from end point... and then yeah think chronologically forward again)

Just visualise and answering the main question here is.. WHAT IS YOUR END POINT?
Although never going to be 100% or even 10%.... I feel when you know your vocabulary then even a totally different sport can contain the SAME attributes and failure is only transferred to that sport instead which is no failure at all! ....

Good / Bad examples

A few sports people I've spoken personally had to change their mindset if they wanted to be almost perfect (or maybe they were like that in attitude but it magnified going for 'gold') so my suggestion is NOT going gor olympic gold, it's burning too much energy and low chance or low reward even if you get there... or consider moving sport after because it's jut 15mins of fame and that's it (dog eat dog).
So sport good, gold medal unrealistic unless you do small sports and accept you 'weren't with the best always but the best is just cut-throat suicide and full of competitive attitude.

STUDENTS
Where the fuck does your study lead? Talk to those at the end-game and see what avenues it leads otherwise you're just going to be unhappy and killed your time for making parents happy. The people already in the job WILL TELL YOU THE TRUTH about the whole experience, teh pay, the conditions, how ofte, how many times, why this and that... so not just study study and then realising it's a bunch of lies OR YOU CREATED THE STORY AWAY FROM REALISM! It's natural to do that like imagining that boy or girl! They all smell after a while so don't trick yourself...

If you didn't realise where you are going... and just look 1 step ahead - I SUGGEST YOU LOOK ALSO FROM THE END... AND IF YOU DON'T KNOW THE END... THAT SHOWS YOU PROBABLY DON'T HAVE IT

In order to make your ending happen... you need to imagine it better (practise imagining until you know what choices to make when it starts happening or efforts fall into place as higher %)

Music while you work can give you new energy from it... and to everything else.

It can be just a matter of opinion or also deliberate trojan horse since people often don't want to disclose their poitics...
So a predator (knowingly or not) can use 'protective' reasoning as a cover... it's natural but oten very exploited

Other examples:
Health & Safety - Because of 'this' [bullshit reason] we have to do that [aggressive move/taking your rights under cover]

Jealousy/Other - I don't want you going there because it's not safe (=don't want you playing with them / I'm jealous of that family)

You have to do xyz (so I can keep an eye on you)
