People make some assumption if you don't have xyz before hand you can't study certain topics, which is probably true to a point but you can have a go anyway,
Lets raise expectations and aspirations.

For now i'm using Jitsi.
Good although some people told me they couldn't hear me clearly.
I have stopped using it 2 months ago.
I am not trusting them at all.
Unfortunately, whenever there is a video conf, this is the only one people go to.

#Pleroma -- my Blog post yesterday on Pleroma as an Alternative to Mastodon was surprisingly well received.
I have received messages from various people, asking for recommendations of good Pleroma instances to join.
And i am working on it. Serious. As I write here, I am logged in and chatting with friends I just met, all in various Pleroma nodes, that responded to my #introductions post there, thanking the admin for the service.
I will prepare a detailed Blog post, with more suggestions and reasons, but for now, kudos and a mention are appropriate.

I could do it but it would take me a hell of a long time and anyway, I'm thinking in either french or english but bridging both as in written translation is harder for me.

First of all if you enjoy having a website that is cool.
You have a lot to say and your visual world is cool!
If you feel obligated to do your own site, well... some who are techies (not me!) have decided to leave the maintenance to others and are using a platform (https://write.as/) or some of its instances (https://writefreely.org/instances) to make it easier and focus on the writing rather than the setting up.
It has some limits but it does help to focus only on the content. And write.as has also snap.as for pictures. Now I don't know if that would suit you. You could also do a combo between the site you have and the blog in there.
Anyway, the most important is that you feel great doing what you do.

I am finding Pleroma fantastic.
I knew it was fast, requires less resources. That instances are very responsive.
BUT — there’s so much more to like, to love.
Eugen won’t even consider raising the stupid 500 characters toot size limit, and I have asked, been denied various times.
Time to leave dead pre-historic animals in the Tundra, to fend for themselves.
Going away for a few hours.

Well my take is more on how people *feel* about things.
How they resonates with their calling and what are their essence that they need to express to shine...
But I also need to reclaim my mental part as well which I have repressed for a long time so our exchange and the level of it helps me just do that 😉
