Took a quick walk through the woods this afternoon since I plan to put up my #maple sap tubing this weekend. It's been oddly warm, so I want to get ready in case I need to tap early. Measured three trees that have now reached tapping size and can be tied into my lines. Something nicely positive to find. I hope a more normal winter shows up soon, but it's likely this wild inconsistency is now normal. #maplesyrup.
