iirc the us treasury said it's not considered income and thus not taxable- and is not meant as a loan.
Checked my bank account- still no stimulus. Out of all the stimuli(I think there's been 3-4 now), I've only ever gotten the first one.

Not sure how accurate this is, I didn't fact check it. But it honestly wouldn't surprise me given the rather advanced behaviors I've seen from animals, especially elephants, in the past.
