Its a "this means that" overthinking error.

A comparable' 'moral' question is selling body parts. Turning humans into parts to sell to rich people is more than horror, but donating your eyes to a blind person on your passing is a gift as close to holy as we get.

Its the same with making love or being raped. Consent is the beginning. Ability to consent the test.
