A helpful terminal command I learned only recently is !$

Let's say you just ran
mkdir /usr/share/some/shit/IMadeUp/

and now you want to go there without typing it all again.
You'd use

cd !$

Thinking about vicious roving gangs of teens who just can't get enough of evolution.

(I assume that these evil teens also have books is part of what is so scary here? IDK. This would be a fun group Halloween costume IMO)

If you don't have to be on the northern Oregon coast right now, don't go. There is significant flooding in Seaside, Tillamook, and elsewhere. School districts are closed, rail lines are washed over with landslides. It's a dangerous situation. If you live there, please be safe. If you don't, stay away.
