For most machine learning algorithms, overfitting happens when the model complexity or training time is too high.
For k-nearest neighbors, it happens when k is too low (e.g., 1).

Why not just name the chatbot after George Santos and be done with it?
@eliocamp Interesting! I got a *slightly* more helpful error message:
TypeError: Random.randint() takes 3 positional arguments but 4 were given
Subtly, random.randint calls Random.randint. Presumably it passes along an extra implicit argument (self), but never bothers to count its own arguments.
I'd love to hear a longer explanation from Pythonistas who know more about this.
How can one possibly resist The Downfall of Pompeii? YOU GET TO THROW THE OTHER PLAYERS INTO A VOLCANO!
To heighten the experience, we have added an electric tea light that gives the volcano a thematic glow. We also emit a Wilhelm scream or excited "Wahoo!" whenever a piece gets tossed in.
In tonight's game, the second A.D. 79 was the very last card. As a result, @peterdrake and I both got all our pieces onto the board. But mine ran from the lava faster.
John Mastodon would never put his toots at the top of our timeline.

Shopping online I found a "beginner's" set of 10 #juggling balls. Either they overestimate what a beginner can do, or they assume you're going to keep losing them by juggling over a sewer grate.
@montecook According to this description, something from 2009 is "classic".
The stages of playing with GPT-3:
- OMG this can do anything
- There goes my job
- I should start a business around this
- Some of the responses aren’t too good
- Actually, some of these responses are just awful
- This isn’t really intelligence
- This is just spicy autocomplete

#2738 Omniknot
The Gordian knot is an omniknot tied using every bend in the Ashley Book of Knots, and then for extra security the upper rope at every crossing is connected to the lower with a randomly-chosen hitch.
