I have a "Job requirements" page on my website.

Typically when a recruiter reaches out I send them to the page and get one of two reactions:

- They ghost me
- They respond "that's quite a list, good luck getting that"

It filters out the bullshit and spammy recruiters that slide into DMs all the time.

Except for one recently that was super pleasant and helped me find my new job.

He looked at that list and said: "I gotchu"
