Trucks and off-road vehicles are also fun examples. Who's the F650 marketed for? People who need to haul/tow more than F350 can handle (21000 lbs) and "racers ... kings, football/basketball/baseball players".

The AMG G-wagen has similar appeal. It's a capable off-road vehicle, more so than, say, a Range Rover Autobiography, but that makes it a hilariously bad on-road vehicle. I have a neighbor who owns one, and of course they never take it off road because who buys a $200k car for offroading?

Cutting down trees (especially in old-growth forests) and shipping them around the world to fight climate change is wrong on so many levels.
The exhaust fumes from wood fires are even "dirtier" than those from burning fossile fuels (in terms of both carbon dioxide per kilowatt and particulate emissions). Then there are the emissions caused by transport.
Yes, wood is "renewable", but how many decades does it take to be renewed? 2/3
