The are fruit from Saguaro cactus fwiw. They had SO MUCH this year.

@trinsec yes, native Americans around here are making a syrup out of it. It’s somewhat of a big production because harvesting is not easy (these cactus are huge) and you need to know what you’re doing wrt to preparation.
