Both sides seem as bad as each other, neither want to give ground and talk, both feel they have the higher moral ground.

There is a reason Gaza is called the worlds largest open air prison, Israel controls everything in and out, that is going to upset the people inside.

There needs to be a diplomatic solution, the current government won't talk and after this I think they may be out of office andhopefully someone comes in who is more rational and able to help find a long term solution.

I agree, however after which what happens? Does Israel or anyone to that matter, have a post Hamas plan, or is that plan about as existing as the post Saddam plan?

Why would any terrorists attack the US?, The USA is the one country in the world where, due to the laws on guns members of the population on a fairly regular basis run amok with guns and kills fellow Americans.

They are doing the job that terrorists would do, but probably doing such a good job it is not worth wasting the life of a terrorist.

I have no idea how the world is going to resolve all this, hut at this rate give it two / three weeks everyone in Gaza will perhaps starved to death.

Even if it was a misfire, from Hamas, if Israel wasn't trying to turn the whole of Gaza to rubble then there would probably be little reason for Hamas to file their missiles either.

Lets wait and find out the results of any investigations etc., and go with the facts.

But this is an interesting development if it can be verified.
