Bloody hell, I will share this for reach and try and share on my blog too, I wonder if the daily mail will see all this, they seem to like DeSantios (or whatever his name is, who cares, i quite like the DeSatan thing :)) if they were even 1/4 decent journalists they would dig deeper in to what really is going on.

I agree, however I just ignore those sensationalist, clickbait headlines, however there are a good few people that for what ever reason, could read those headlines and become more anxious.
I would suspect that a person on the Autistic spectrum may see these headlines, and actually think they are about to launch a nuclear missile at us. Unless they say something and are reassured otherwise.
I am basing this on what was in a course on autism recently where using idioms such as raining cats and dogs to describe heavy rain, they take that literally, hence we are told to avoid idioms, which to me makes perfect sense, lets get back to communicating in a way that is simple and clear.
As it will probably be taxpayers money used to bail these private companies out, perhaps it is time to start saving money and tell them that they got in to this mess,they can get out of it.

I have canceled my #NewYorkTimes subscription in solidarity with the #trans community. Some things aren't up for debate, and I won't pay to platform those who believe otherwise.

As soon as certain media report things like this they cause panic, which then results in empty shelves.

A few weeks ago we lost a close family member to an incredibly aggressive glioblastoma, and it's shaken my sense of how much time we have to do meaningful things and to achieve goals. He was a lifelong athlete and someone whose mettle and commitment to sport I admired greatly.
