If you don't yet know Professor Sheena Cruickshank, she's an immunologist based in UK & a member of Independent SAGE. When she says we urgently need social media to help re info about vaccine catch-up for teens/children who missed them during pandemic lockdowns, she knows what she's talking about... so adding my wee bit, here, to ask for lots of boosting on this one.

Images from #JWST exposed the infant cluster hidden behind a much brighter, nearer group of galaxies called Pandora's Cluster.

"The 2022-23 school year has been marked to date by an escalation of book bans and censorship in classrooms and school libraries across the United States.

If you see this post, do you mind boosting it? I'm trying to get my PKUTalk.com server to reach more lovely folks on Mastodon, and the easiest way to do so is a #boost.

Thank you very much!

Feels like the freedom to not get shot for ringing the wrong doorbell and the freedom to not live in so much fear that you shoot anyone who rings your doorbell would be exponentially more valuable than the freedom to own guns.

@zleap @Radical_EgoCom here’s an example. What’s wrong with teens doing roofing? I did construction and siding when I was 15 over the summer. Tough work but it was cool to learn.
