COVID 19 is a litmus test for all of us who claim we want to see a better world.
If we are actually going to dismantle capitalism, patriarchy, colonialism, white supremacy and all of the isms that come with being socialized within it - we must dismantle it in ourselves.
The fight for a better world will involve sacrifice for all of us.
In the absence of government action to protect us from #COVID19 and not just action, but abandonment of any pretense that they care about our health as they #letitrip , we must take community centered action to protect ourselves.

The US needs to tackle racialisation, a lot of these people look fairly young so late teens (early to mid 20s) so they are perhaps all going to be users of social media, and have been radicalised by people online. Failed by the system, failed by the state, failed by the billionaires failed by everyone and you get this.
I don't know much about Malaria other than it is a more tropical disease and that it is serious, if this is linked to climate changes we are going to be in serious trouble.

Incredible . The most important climate change story today THAT DOESN'T MENTION CLIMATE CHANGE.
I really hope this is a turning point, big polluters won't change BUT surely people are going to snap after all this, time for the people of Alberta and Maui to band together, and sue big polluters for 10x their annual profits, time to put THEM out of business once and for all. They can't play ignorance as the KNEW this was going to happen.

In that case the International chess org have NO right to call them selves a federation then. In star trek the federation is made up on many different people, from different planets across the Alpha Quadrant, all working together and respecting tolerance, inclusion and collaboration in the name of peace, and improvement of knowledge etc.
Here on Fedi we are similar and welcome #Trans people equally,
So this chess federation is nothing of the sort when it comes to tolerance and inclusion.
