Warning! A MiG-31K belonging to the Russian Aerospace Forces has been seen taking off from Savasleyka airfield. Do not disregard the air raid alert!
The Russian Air Force has taken off with a MiG-31K from Savasleyka airfield in Russia. This aircraft carries the X-47m2 Kinzhal supersonic missile, which is a threat to all areas of the country. The MiG-31K is being escorted by Su-30SM fighter jets.

During the Prigozhin mutiny, Wagnerites attempted to gain access to nuclear weapons stored at the Voronezh-45 base, located approximately 100 km away. They intended to take possession of small Soviet-era nuclear devices to increase the impact of their rebellion. The only thing standing between them and the nuclear weapons was the door to the nuclear storage facility, which was locked, preventing them from reaching the technical part.
As of today, the new provisions of the anti-tobacco law have come into effect, banning the advertisement of tobacco products, e-cigarettes, and flavored e-liquids in Ukraine. The law also prohibits the production, wholesale and retail trade, and import of cigarettes and tobacco for rolling tobacco with flavoring additives for sale in Ukraine. Additionally, smoking e-cigarettes in public places and premises is not allowed.
The Ukrainian government has taken control of assets belonging to Russian oligarchs with close ties to the Kremlin, worth billions of hryvnias. The State Bureau of Investigation has identified numerous companies associated with sanctioned Russian owners, such as Arkady and Igor Rotenberg, Oleg Deripaska, and Yevgeny Giner. Oblenergos in Rivne, Kherson, Chernivtsi, Zhytomyr, and Kirovohrad regions have been transferred to state ownership. This includes seven hotels and two shopping malls owned by Hiner, totaling UAH 2 billion, and 88% of his shares in the First Investment Bank; Hlukhiv Quartzite Quarry and Mykolaiv Alumina Plant, owned by Deripaska, worth about UAH 10 billion; and ТРЦ Ocean Plaza, owned by the Rothenbergs, with an estimated value of over USD 350 million. Additionally, the state has seized hundreds of production facilities, equipment, and warehouses that the Russians used in Ukraine for their own gain.
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg made a statement regarding Russia's potential use of nuclear weapons as a form of blackmail. He stressed that Russia must understand that a nuclear war cannot be initiated. Stoltenberg also noted that NATO is keeping a close eye on the situation, and that no changes have been observed yet. He urged Russia to withdraw its forces from the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, as their presence is a threat to global security.

Amendments to the legislation prohibiting the advertising and sale of electronic smoking devices, e-cigarettes, and e-liquids with aromatic and flavor additives will take effect on July 11. This ban includes tobacco products with flavoring additives (such as energy supplements, vitamins, caffeine, taurine; additives that make smoke emissions colored), cigarettes and roll-your-own tobacco (including filter, paper, capsule containing tobacco or nicotine, or flavoring additives), and e-liquids with or without nicotine that contain flavoring agents (including fruit, menthol, or caffeine flavors). Manufacturers will be allowed to sell leftover products for another year, but a fine of UAH 1,020 will be imposed for their sale to persons under the age of 18, and UAH 10,200 in case of repeated violation.
On the night of July 11, 2023, the Russian invaders attacked Ukraine from the southeast with Iranian-made Shahed-136/131 attack drones. As a result of successful combat operations, the Air Force, in cooperation with the air defense of other components of the Defense Forces, destroyed 26 of the 28 kamikaze drones and one Zala reconnaissance drone. On July 10, the Air Force also destroyed an enemy helicopter, three Lancet attack UAVs, and four tactical reconnaissance drones. Additionally, the Air Force aviation has carried out more than 20 group air strikes on enemy positions over the current and previous days. The enemy launched an air attack on the capital of Ukraine, Kyiv, for the second time this month. It is believed that Iranian drones were used and were launched from the south, likely from the Krasnodar region of Russia. Our air defense forces and equipment were able to successfully destroy all detected air targets moving towards Kyiv. We are grateful for the excellent work of the air defense.
