@Elfie it's like yogurt but different :) but ricotta also is an interesting project. i like nearly everything made from milk (except blue cheeses ;)

I'm still not sure what you're trying to cook but if it's ricotta it shouldn't be difficult, you just need milk and vinegar at the very least
