I help people create audio / edit educational audio / podcast / music / visual short videos / transcript text
+ I like to add a bit humour while being quite strict in my own politics (opinions) but open / inviting for others to tell me what I should do if they can explain more than just a short comment (I don't mind it's healthy for me at least if you have logic and can stand yourself explaining).
FreeSchool is about Learning towards Freedom (which is about Uniting everyone slowly, even "1 by 1"... Easy with The Fediverse!
Not virtue signalling here only, but practise of EVERYTHING as we go. Judged by getting in contact (many have) and having courage to communicate (or seeking it from others is ok, EVERYONE needs a bit of courage or hand-holding to make big personal changes). Who else is there for example if family doesn't understand?
Learning and watching can be good and staying out of people's way, BUT better is doing something every day and helping each other with some tough decisions / lessons... and then being bold enough to do them. 1... 2... 3 that is all that's needed.

FreeSchool is terminology put together from many good things from past (coined in 1950's/60's. I / we become it eventually through being.

I encourage you warmly to participate with me as a I have time and then spiral out naturally to others (we are part of humanity and so naturally a sort of evangelism or ecological pyramid of life as we choose to spread lesser suffering while accepting consuming is part of it).

Naturally you will hesitate if someone is sure of themself or ok standing on shoulders what we copy do the best from humbly but not too sterile either.
Based on just emotions ruins almost everything, which seems very common - very ungraceful - so don't disconnect... do it gracefully at least!
A "school" of thought is here you can interact / ask and make best together as free/low cost as possible.
Even a bad answer you can take best from (of course I won't know all your situation when I suggest something but I don't need to answer 100% - you also need to help me!).
Leave perfectionism, we are all imperfect humans! Let's do it... Choose something ANYTHING and keep the thoughts rolling together...!

I love these kids. I can see their humanity in there, unsatisfied and starved for something they don't even know how to name. The ability to shut it all down, I think. They want to go back, too.

SOLUTION?
We perhaps have to really PICK and choose everything though some things like the picture says is by creation or default not able to not do things as it was created that way (newer tech can't undo as easy so forced into using the rest of the bad things too and this is violence to an extent- under "structural violence" by cornering people technologically for control and manipulation means, for profit and prostituting them silently or against their will holding an ultimatum or binary "use or don't use" as it's means of coercion). And that's if you aware.

In my experience a girl / lady would anyway have such things in mind... and man just enforced or exploited their nature... and that I feel that is also part of nature as man somewhat... but sticking to topic much like a flower or something that needs to give birth needs to attract a pollinator or mate (or male) then one acts or is accordingly (as well as feeling the biological urge to reproduce or take care of another, or have a man do the defending work).
So while there is patriarchy and everything anyway everywhere, you might find girls / females playing with more female things and role-playing female things anyway according to reproduction or finding a mate (fairytales / finding a prince / caring for kids / taking care of the house / cooking / cleaning) all because they also want to (and not limited to that) and have natural affinity towards what they do. You couldn't stop them same as it's hard to stop yourself working your other muscles!
Maybe I have veered off topic or it's more different with everyone nowadays but I believe / have seen consistently and ask... so I'll accept limited defeat here saying some things (such as your self) are much less inescapable or without major work if you would decide to change.

Ok. You could expand on why diversity (to various non-extreme or even incrementing levels) would end badly as you say as it's not clear.
And more about care.
Either way and for both it will end up with educating ourselves and pain like re-growing another arm or emotionally-aware leg so if badly means this kind of pain and just difference to the half-comfy now then I agree and encourage more awareness because we're not going to get away from being different or needing to respect individuals and help find them better things to do while serving / be happy to serve others.
If get a short reply here then forgive me if I step out of writing details for you. Writing does help me find more reason - and without sounding grieved by your quick response which I also value at the same time hehe!

That may seem being paradoxical, as you say, but actually it makes sense running that idea through the lens of 'Running down the planet' and accepting 'it will run out' so better make it more happier / nature based' all the while...
Inside the above you can see increasing diversity is like
- not restricting or having choke-holds on people
- making more options for people to fit in using what we already have inside as something added to current life (currently cut out a lot) making it a more sustainable in that way and diverse or just not so mono-culture!
Remember he's talk as a dictator so diversity can also mean just less Dictatorship in this kibnd of context.
As an aside... I feel and think we are more than STEM values us even he specialists. The main ways people look unto others (for profit, tech leverage, product making etc) is just not right and leads to the same circular problems. Of which I witness in project breakdowns!

Care for others and nature currently doesn't pay but it could in theory (same as we pay people to 'just follow' orders or incentives to be mono-culture without room for question or direction towards 'happiness' in mind as company (or even happiness as government goal the same as it has 'profit and taxation' always on it's mind!).
I wouldn't choose care as something to pay for or apply to like this as 'capital' but does show what structurally it is enforced (structural violence / lack of diversity and options.

Make sense as tool but cooking is also an analog and atmospheric thing - one likes to enjoy cook and doesn't know always when it's ready for x time
BUT against the above I do notice these counters my own points above that:
a) I put mobile alarm for warning me "it's still cooking / check it" for anything long / big (else I put it on low)
b) Old mobiles good for using as timers
AND
overall cooking a lot of food at once and having it prepared for days avoids needing to cook every day and even timers :)
Save energy / Save planet / Be lazy? / cook for a few days as the answer maybe :)
