Just saw a woman breastfeeding while driving, I was so freaked out that I almost dropped my mascara into my coffee.
People fingering their phone while keeping the equipment needlessly occupied (look through the Leg Press).

Het feit dat je al gegaan bent (ondanks de mist) is een overwinning op zich. Dat toont dat je discipline hebt. Dat houdt een belofte in voor de dagen dat het wel lekker gaat.

Can we please stop throwing around the threat of defederation?
Defederation shouldn't happen unless an instance is a cesspool full of terrible behavior with an admin unwilling to deal with it.
Annoyances like spam can be dealt with by admins without scorching the Earth and going nuclear.
Lets not turn the #Fediverse, where instance are supposed to be part of a larger collection, into islands of instances that have cut themselves off from others because of annoyances.

3 years ago, Betelgeuse dimmed mightily with a giant, dusty outburst. It recovered.
Since April, it's brightened, and is now the 7th brightest star in the sky.

SUMMER DRINKING TIP: When someone says they’re not drinking/refusing the alcoholic beverage you’re offering, do not ask why.
Just offer a non-alcoholic option and move on.. because whatever the reason is, it’s almost always none of your business.✌️

Sunny morning lakeside, Loweswater is another of our local spots.
Some nice spots to wander and the woods up to Holme Force waterfall are great, but can not walk along the shore completely due to landownership so you have to follow the road in places.
Still worth it for the bits you can walk along 😀
