Scaffolding?

A rigid stack-based thing that helps people to build and fix things.

@codinghorror

At my age, I don't believe in things stupid enough I would never do in a bad day. Neither on people that never make blunders.

@baruch @stroughtonsmith

If that's what they are doing, they are delusional or truly desperate. Maybe you're right.

It's weird to gut PWAs just before being forced to allow alternative app stores. They are losing 90% of control and gaining a 1%.

I can believe that iOS is not prepared to have other browsers running PWA. They have no reason at all to have that feature ready. I can't believe it is something they can't fix, however.

@codinghorror

Journalists should do more sarcasm. In articles unrelated to politics, I mean.

@Shaim82

Currululumus.

@espanabizarra

@sendadeapolo

@collectifission

To be fair, until this century, fusion was know to be the alternative energy that always was 50 years in the future. So if they say it is 20 years now, maybe in 40 years...

Nuclear is not the dirtiest, but it is dirty anyway. Solar, hydro, wind & friends are clean, cheap and real. Fusion is scifi as of now.

By the way, I find hard to believe that fusion is going to be as clean as the technooptimistics think. New tech always find a way to be dirtier than expected. We'll see...

@davew

I agree with you, but... If Biden gets reelected, who will come after him?

@the_heruman

(Disclaimer: I don't even have a blog)

Imagine somebody who has a free personal blog and no artistic aptitude or money, who wants to illustrate her posts with something, but can't find a free image that fits. What kind of image should she use?

@adactio

Neither can they crypto-ize it.

RSS is as dead as radio, terrestrial TV, snail mail or cable phones.

Why are some people so eager to pronounce things dead? Wishful thinking?

@martinvermeer @andrewg @KatM @DemocracyMattersALot

True. But if you are a politician and make that kind of mistake, you are bound to be misquoted or worse, misunderstanded. People has a strong tendency of hearing only the most misquotable things you say when they are not really paying attention. If you say 'Hitler was a good guy, in an alternate reality where everything is the reverse', half of people is going to keep only the first half. So politicians need to speak very carefully to avoid that.
