Makes sense. Small languages are usually written by people who speaks them, so bad grammar hints lack of effort or automatic translation. IAs usually are not a factor; they don't support them or spammers prefer to target more widely used languages.
For English, bad grammar hints a non-native speaker who made a great deal of effort to write in a language they don't fully grasp, about something they really care about. IAs usually get the grammar better than people. So, trustworthy.
¿Seguro? ¿Y si luego no ganáis?
It's a hard problem. A ton of features that must be available at the same time. And intelligent features are real tricky; if the language is not designed for them, you can't get very far.
Let them try. If they are successful, we all win. If they fail, it's their loss.
Have you seen any evidence of the opposite?
In my desktop, all Electron apps seem to be running on XWayland, same with browsers. So getting Chrome & Electron to run on Wayland will be a big step forward for Wayland.
Animate. You can't go from a screen to another with fully active controls and avoid trouble otherwise.
Do a transition, don't allow interaction during it.

What if it is the board who forced him to the NFT thing? The gold rush was strong at the time.
No idea, but I wouldn't be surprised at all.
PHP will be alive and well as long as long as Worpress remain the most deployed CMS, and the vast majority of the cheapest hosting solutions offer PHP instead (or more easily) than other options. The fact that deploying PHP is extremely simple is key, too. People with very low budget usually can't allow themselves the alternatives.
Nothing in the Internet is eternal; most of things don't last more than a decade.
I imagine Youtube will keep all its content; most of the old videos are low res anyway. But there is no guarantee; HBO Max deletes its own classic content all the time, alleging most of people don't see it anyway. Youtube has a much better cloud infrastructure, and I imagine the cost is much lower; but who knows.
No king can be a true king if his throne is not usurped by an evil guy, and he recovers it by a people's revolution, even if he is reluctant to do so.
It's called the Circle of Life. Wakanda forever!
I agree, we should get that better. But I think marking individual files as private may be not enough.
Best security strategies are the ones that make really hard to make mistakes. Mixing in the same place public and private items makes it very easy. And we do that too much, usually because frameworks and tooling make it hard for us to do it otherwise.
Public and secret files should be in totally separated folders and repos. There are already too much passwords and private tokens in public repos. Even better, secrets shouldn't even be on files. Why don't we have password managers for web apps?
And private companies are too often selling your data for peanuts. Or even giving it away for free.
The only way to keep a secret is to keep it confined to your brain. Everything else may leak.
Except many of them will forget their passwords immediately and lost control of their accounts because they don't remember how they spelled the name of their primary school. Which is the reason they never change their passwords.
Unintended consequences.
I share your pain. I have been so much time hammering the idea that you must encapsule and hide things as much as you can...
At core, it is a clash between two totally opposite paradigms: the God paradigm (put all the state at one place: state manager, root component... And that place decides to whom it bestows knowledge) and the need-to-know paradigm (each piece of information has an owner, and you must avoid anybody else having it, as much as you can). Vue information flow from parent to children is only a variant of the God one, with a God who delegates.
Object orientation is based on the need-to-know. Vue is based on the God one.
It is the same as wanting a container to fit its content, and the content to fit the parent. You can't really have both without getting hurt.
And we have been learning this the slooooow way.
it is beyond nuts that the only two substances more dangerous than alcohol are meth and heroin. One of these things is legal, because.. reasons?

If you do it, a staffer will remove it. If a staffer does it, it will stay forever.
Works that way in any big public space in cities.
